All Practice Pass payments are final. Here are the few cases where we return money.

1. All pass payments are final

When your Practice Pass is open, we do not give money back. This includes days you did not use, and changing your mind.

2. When we do return your money

  • You paid twice for the same pass.
  • You paid, and we could not open your pass.
  • A card payment was made without the card owner's permission. Our card payment partner handles these cases.

3. If we cannot find your payment

If you paid by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer and we cannot find your payment, the pass page will tell you. Please message us with a screenshot of your payment, and we will check again.
