These terms explain what you get when you use BayRen's practice apps and buy the Practice Pass. We keep them short and simple.

1. Who we are

BayRen Education ("we", "us") teaches English and IELTS online. We run this website and our practice apps on bayrenedu.com.

2. Your account

  • One account works in all of our apps, on your phone and your computer.
  • Please keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Your answers, scores and progress stay saved in your account.

3. The 7-day free trial

A new account gets a 7-day free trial of practice, shared by all the apps; the 7 days start when you first open a practice. After the trial, your saved work stays, and new practice needs the Practice Pass.

4. The Practice Pass

  • What it opens: every BayRen practice app (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, Vocabulary and Grammar) and Basic to IELTS, with no time limit, for the number of days shown on the pass page (now 30 days).
  • What it does not include: live classes, mock tests and one-to-one teaching. These are sold separately.
  • Price: the price shown on the pass page when you pay.
  • When it starts: on the day we open it. If you already have a pass, the new one starts the day after your current pass ends, so you never lose days.

5. How you pay

  • bKash, Nagad or bank transfer: you send the price to the details on the pass page, then type the transaction ID there. We check every payment by hand and open your pass, usually within a few hours.
  • Card: when card payment is available, it is handled by our card payment partner. Your pass opens as soon as the payment goes through. Please use the same email as your BayRen account.

6. Refunds

All Practice Pass payments are final. Please read our Refund Policy for the few cases where we return money.

7. Our content

Our lessons, questions, recordings and videos are for your own learning. Please do not copy, share or sell them.

8. Changes

We keep improving the apps, so they may change. We may also update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
